FINANCIAL GIVING

Giving … Sharing … Tithing … Growing

How to Support Bethel

Tithing – which is giving God the first 10% of our income – is designed to teach us to always put God first in our lives (Deuteronomy 14:23). Tithing is a reminder that God is the giver of all good things; it is also an invitation to an outpouring of God’s blessing in the giver’s life.

God gives to you so that He can give through you!

Why does God want us to excel in the grace of giving? Because as you faithfully give, the world is changed for the glory of God; the gospel is preached; lives are impacted; people are fed; bodies are healed; churches are built and grown. And then you, in turn, are blessed by God so that you can give again.

Your regular offerings support the operation of our church and all its ministries. This includes operating and paying for the church facility, paying staff salaries/benefits; providing the means to run programs such as Coffee Break, GEMS, Cadets, Youth Group, Small Groups, VBS; offerings support Bethel’s missionaries and the work of the deacons; and it allows Bethel Church to support other beneficial organizations both locally, in Canada, and abroad.
